Carpet Cleaning


There are many carpet cleaning methods: Compound, Dry Foam, Absorbent Pad or Bonnet, Shampoo, Encapsulation, Hot Water Extraction etc. These are just to name a few methods, one method will not work in all carpet cleaning scenarios.


Bella Casa offers 3 of the best methods. Hot water extraction, Bonnet and Encapsulation.


A walk thru is always encouraged in order to provide the most accurate quote. Many different factors will play a role in determining the recommended cleaning method and tools used.  


Hot Water Extraction Three-Step Carpet Cleaning Process ( Most popular carpet cleaning )

Allergens, dust mites, dirt, and pet dander build up in carpets over time, leaving them grimy and discolored. Our two-step, professionally-recognized carpet cleaning system can extract dirt, and help eliminate odors, and restore color, leaving your carpet looking and feeling fresh.

Step 1: Pre-spray carpet 
A special heated carpet cleaning solution is sprayed deep into the carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt.
Step 3: Agitate the carpet
This is going to help loosen the fibers and work hand in hand with the pre-spray to ensure that we are penetrating the carpet fibers as deep as possible.
Step 2: Rinse
It’s followed by a high-powered extraction and pH-balancing fiber rinse to remove the dirt and cleaning solution, leaving your carpet as clean as it can be.
Dry Time: Up to 12 hours.

Bonnet: This method of carpet cleaning is highly recommended as an interim-maintenance program typically used in commercial cleaning situations. Bonnet cleaning consists of pre-spraying the carpet fibers with a special carpet cleaning formula


Encapsulation:  Is a low moisture method that is recommended for maintenance. This is a light cleaning that we recommend doing in between your hot water extraction cleanings for the best results.
