Residential Cleaning Services

Maid Service


Our prices are generated based on the size of the house and frequency of the service. Bella Casa Cleaning Service (BCCS) provides all cleaning equipment and supplies. 


In order to build a trusted relationship between our clients and our company, 90% of the times we are able assign a specific team of two professionally-trained house cleaners to each one of our clients. 

Cleaning Supplies: In an effort to do our share to maintain a healthier and cleaner environment, we only carry green products. It's been proven that using environmentally friendly cleaning products help improve indoor air quality and reduce the health problems that traditional products cause.

The hours of operations for maid service are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. In an effort to better serve you, we can try to schedule a specific hour to service your residence when availability allows it. We regularly give a 4 hour window of when our cleaning staff will arrive.

We would prefer the owner of the residence to be present at the time of the first cleaning in, order to guide us throughout the areas of the house that may need attention the most. To better assist you, you can provide a key or a security code for the residence after the first cleaning, which will be kept in a secure security box, or you are more than welcome to be at the residence to meet our staff. If you wish to provide a key or a code to your residence, it will only be accessible by the owner and the manager of the company. We would like to assure you that we are doing our share in order to keep your mind in peace by providing proper storage of all keys and codes.

Our maid service schedule is, but not limited to:
  • Twice A Week
  • Weekly
  • Bi-Weekly
  • Once a month

One-time Cleaning Services


Our quoted price includes all cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies and a team of two-professionally trained staff members. Our minimum is 1 hour and there is no maximum number of hours.


One-time cleaning services include:


  • Deep cleaning such as spring, summer, winter cleaning
  • Move in and move out cleaning services
  • New construction cleaning 


With our one-time cleaning service there is no limit to the cleaning tasks we can do.


We do prefer the client to be present at the time of our teams arrival and specify the areas that need attention the most.

Vacation Rentals


Our Management team has over 35 years of combined experience in the Hospitality industry, that is what makes the difference in our Vacation Rental cleaning service. We currently service 20+ vacation rentals in the Mason and Thurston County area


Because good views are not enough to keep your guests coming back. We understand exactly why cleanliness of any house, and in particular Vacation Rentals are crucial in order to operate a successful vacation rental property. We provide Resort-Like cleaning and standards. At BCCS we make a promise to you and your guests to keep your vacation rental looking at its best.


In order to better estimate the cost of our services, a walk through of the property needs to take place. Many factors affect the cost to clean a vacation rental such as the size of the house, number of beds, number of baths, size of the kitchen and overall square footage. Most of the times we are able to stay within the "cleaning fee" paid by the guest to the corporation or owner of the property. A quote will be given on-site at the end of the walk through.


Our quotes include all the cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment. (Except laundry supplies) BCCS can also provide all consumable supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, garbage bags etc. at an additional cost.


We find it very convenient for our clients and for us if we keep a copy of the key or a security code to the property. We understand that providing full access to your property can be a little scary at first, we would like to assure you that BCCS will do its part to give peace of mind, by providing a locked security box for all keys and codes here at the main office. Only authorized personnel of the company will have access to such area.


In order to better serve you, our cleaning staff will be able to clean a vacation rental any day of the week or weekend. We are used to working under pressure and can assure you that having a guest checking out and another guest checking in the same day is something that we are used to.

Please provide a list of any valuable items such as art work, painting, lamps or such prior to our first service. BCCS will notify you of any damaged or missing items at the time of our service.


Payments are due a the end of each month for all services tendered during the month, although check is preferable, we can also accept cash and credit card payments.
